Pam Styles

Pam is a senior investor relations practitioner with 25 years of corporate experience in investor relations and corporate communications, finance and strategy.


She has developed and managed IR functions in a variety of situations, including mergers, pre and post-IPO, offensive and defensive strategies, and through crises communications situations including: proxy fights, tobacco and asbestos-related liability, settlement and government actions, and potentially catastrophic product failures. She has provided IR leadership across a broad range of corporate and client company sectors including: defense and commercial aerospace, food and tobacco, general industrials, lodging and leisure, and others.


Prior to becoming a consultant, she held several IR positions with Fortune 500 companies, headed the corporate IR function and served as member of the executive team. Pam holds an MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Chicago. She is a Fellow with the Governance and Accountability Institute, long standing member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the NIRI Senior Roundtable.
